There are a total of 4 teams participated in the Women’s Super Basketball League 2020. Apart from Cathay Life and Chunghwa Telecom, the other teams are Taiyuan Textile and Taiwan Power Company. For the 1st playoff of the tournament, it’s Taiwan Power Company vs Taiyuan Textile while the second match is CA vs CHT.
Both the teams are pretty good and have performed well in the last season of the tournament. Actually, Cathay Life has been the strongest and unbeatable team of the tournament. Not for a particular season, Cathay Life has been the most popular and the powerful team since the tournament started taking place i.e. from 2004. It’s Cathay Life to win the title of all the editions of tournament taken place so far except for the one as the team wasn’t a part of the tournament that time. The last year too, it was Cathay Life to won the title of the Women’s Super Basketball League 2019 and the opponent team Chunghwa Telecom was the runner up of the tournament in 2019. Let’s see will the history repeats itself or it’s time for a change!
